She is known nationally for her appearances on HGTV's "Curb Appeal", "Sensible Chic" and "Designer's Challenge." Her popularity has grown, securing repeat appearances on the hit show, "Curb Appeal." |

Monica works directly with Yvonne coordinating the design projects and business operations. Monica developed an interest in design during her years of working in private homes and multi-million dollar estates. Competent in the administration of high profile clients and high-pressure environment that are deadline and detail orientated. She oversees the management of the subcontractors and vendors that performed miscellaneous services in the homes. Outstanding communication skills that are coupled with excellent work ethic and a demeanor that's professional in both behavior and appearance, exceptional organizational and analytical skills. |
