INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Programming/Evaluation
We will meet to determine the general intentions, requirements, specifications, budget, timeline and all relevant information; this enables Yvonne to interpret your desires and individuality, understanding the complete scope of services for the Project. This is the most important part any Project; it will ensure the comfort you will enjoy in an atmosphere of your own good taste.
Schematic Design
Yvonne will prepare drawings to display her recommendations, and reviewing every aspect with you for the purpose of making the preliminary selection of representative furniture, fabrics and trims, wall coverings, window coverings, special finishes, and decorative lighting fixtures, etc. Design must enhance an awareness of architectural and environmental surroundings by integrating timeless elements with distinctive styles.
Design Development
The developed design is translated into written detail, drawings and exact specifications of all furniture pieces, fabrics and trims, wall coverings, window coverings, special finishes, and decorative lighting fixtures to be used for construction and to be used in coordination with your Project. Yvonne will work with the selected artisans, craftsman, and artists to develop and communicate to them all design details for furnishings. Your rooms will appear collected, not decorated; unpretentious, yet elegantly inviting.
Proposal and Purchase Orders
Yvonne will prepare a detailed Purchase Proposal. After evaluating each feature with you to ensure the final result is your vision of your home, your approval will implement the process of writing and placing Purchase Orders.
Expediting and Management of Design
Yvonne will be responsible for ongoing communication with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, fabricators, workrooms, artisans, and craftsmen regarding furnishings, and reporting back to you on a timely basis. This stage is significant to the realization and completion of the Project to your total and complete satisfaction
Installation and Follow-up
Yvonne will be present at the delivery of furnishings and goods to the Project site and will provide professional labor for installation and placement of all furnishings and or other goods assuring your vision of your home has come true.
Interior Architectural Consulting
Lane & Co.'s division of Interior Architectural Consulting, with extensive licensed contractor resources, is primarily used for new construction and re-models, which includes any or all of the services listed below. After the Programming/Evaluation process, schematic drawings relating to the details, styles and/or finishes of the tasks chosen will be provided to the Client.
